The American Learning Association (ALA) Quality Mark provides a structured and systematic approach to drive quality improvement in the development, provision and use of learning solutions. The Quality Mark reviews your organization through the key aspects that impact on quality. These include the organization and management systems in place and the resources and processes that underpin the delivery of learning solutions. The ALA Quality Mark builds on and extends existing systems of quality assurance offering opportunities to benchmark existing practice in learning and development and recognition of achievement and commitment to quality.
