Who can join ALA
The American Learning Association
What membership of the ALA means:
Membership of the Association is
available to both organizations and individual practitioners
Members of the ALA commit to the principles of the ALA Code of Conduct, which indicates the standards of professionalism expected of a member of the American Learning Association. It sets out, in general terms, the standards and duties, which it is reasonable to expect a member to adopt.
However the ALA is not a degree accrediting body and membership of the ALA does not imply accreditation of any degree offered by a member organization.
